Father in heaven,

Please help me raise my daughter,

to love her with your unfailing love,

and to always tell her of her God-given beauty.

Please protect her from harm and trouble.

Empower her with love, grace, and compassion.

Strengthen her with wisdom, courage, and integrity.

And may she follow you as Lord,

and be filled with your fullness.

Thank you for this precious gift.

I commit her to you.

Please fill our days together with joy, laughter,

and lots of hugs.

Amen.
