The global economy will be strong and on an upward trend overall.
Russia will further alienate itself from the West.
The Middle East will continue to be a steady narrative of unrest, especially (and unfortunately) Syria.
There will be a social media company (either currently lesser known or yet-to-be founded) that will skyrocket to a high level of usage in a short period of time and will rival instagram, snapchat, and twitter (maybe not facebook).
The Patriots will win the Super Bowl.
The summer Olympics will be fun and a time when many global conflicts will have a brief hiatus.
The Warriors will win the NBA finals.
Spring in Virginia will be very cold (again).
The Chicago Cubs will finally win the World Series.
